The short answer is no, the library does not purchase textbooks required for classes.
We recommend checking your Aggie Access account to see if a copy is already available there. If not, you should be able to purchase a copy a la carte at a discount through the Aggie Access program.
The library can help you get access to books that are listed as suggested reading, or anything you might need as part of an assignment. Reach out to a librarian for help at our Ask Us page.
Sometimes "regular" books are used as textbooks or required reading in classes. We may also have some older editions of textbooks in some fields of study. To see if a specific book is available through the library, search the title in our library catalog.
