To help avoid network errors, be sure you are connected to Eduroam when on campus. Eduroam is USU's wireless network. To connect to Eduroam through USU, you must first register your device and install the Eduroam security certificate.
While connected to guest.usu.edu, go to eduroam.usu.edu
Follow the prompts to name your device.
Sign in with your A# and password.
Follow the prompts to download and install the Eduroam security certificate. Detailed instructions are at USU IT Service Now - Connect to Eduroam Secure WIFI.
On Mac devices you will need to go to Settings > Profiles to finish installing the Eduroam security certificate.

Contact the USU IT Service Desk for additional help with on-campus WIFI.
Clearing your browser's cache and cookies will often fix a network access issue.
You can also try a different browser or try an Incognito or Private browser window.
