How do I get to the full text of a Harvard Business Review article?

Answer

The USU Library subscribes to the Harvard Business Review online through the EBSCO database Business Source Complete. Unfortunately, individual articles cannot be accessed through a direct link. Instead, they must be navigated to by following these steps:

  1. Starting at library.usu.edu, find the link to Journals under the Find section.
  2. In the search box that comes up, type Harvard Business Review and click Search.
  3. If prompted, login with your A# and password.
  4. Find the link for Business Source Premier on the list.
  5. On the left side of the journal screen, click the Search within this publication link.
  6. Leave the first search box as JN "Harvard Business Review"
  7. Paste or type your article title (such as "The Triple-A Supply Chain") in the second search box and click Search.
  8. Find the article in the list of results. You can then get to the full text there and read it online, and usually, you can also download the PDF like you normally would from your browser.
