To print from your laptop, you must
- Connect to USU WiFi (using the USU Guest Network or Eduroam)
- Install the Campus Print driver.
Connecting to USU WiFi
USU students and faculty/staff should follow these instructions to connect to Eduroam.
Visitors to campus can use these instructions to connect to USU Guest Network as a Guest.
Installing the Campus Print driver
- Go to campusprint.usu.edu
- On the left side, choose Download Drivers
Sending Your File to Print
- Print your file as you normally would.
- Change printer destination to Campus Print B&W or Campus Print Color
- Enter your A# (including the "A")
- Your prints will be held in the queue for up to 12 hours and can be picked up at any Campus Print Release Station (including in the library).
Picking Up Your Prints
You can pick up your prints from one of the 16 Campus Print Release Station locations including at the Library Information Commons (1st floor)
- Go to the Print Release Station (just inside the library entrance on the south side.)
- Swipe your USU ID card.
- Use the touchscreen to select your print job.
- Pick up your prints at the Technology/Printing help desk.
